Business Success

Real Resilience comes from ownership at all levels of an organisation. When everyone knows what do to, how to do it and why they are doing it, the business is adaptable, flexible, and able to transform and grow.  Any business that is resistant to change is risking its future.

There is a tremendous strain on leaders to deliver in an ever-changing environment. Strategies and structures have to be designed for agility and speed. Leaders need to understand what real resilience is and how to build it effectively. This is the key to prosperity, productivity, and robustness.

Individual Success

Life can be stressful. The more responsibilities you have the more challenging it can be to juggle all that life throws at you. Resilience gives you the ability to transform how you think, feel and behave. This, in turn, gives you the ability to thrive in an uncertain world.

Real Resilience means you can own your impact, growth, and contribution.

Whether you are going through a personal change, climbing the career ladder at work, or managing your personal and professional priorities, you need to have Real Resilience in order to deliver.

The Real Resilience Framework

This is the framework we use to build Real Resilience at an individual, team, and organisation level.  It’s at the heart of all we do.

We support you to identify where you are at – starting with owning up to just what is happening and what the impact of that is. The clarity that provides then allows us to work with you to tailor how you operate and what opportunities and resources you can begin to add into your organisation or working practices that allow you to really get the growth and progress you want.

All of that leads to you being in a stronger space of leadership, positioning and growth – owning all that you are and do, and being able to make the impact you want to make.

The Resilience Audit

In order to determine the Real Resilience of an organisation or individual, we start with the Resilience Audit to see what the current status is.

The audit helps us understand where you are in your journey and gives us the information to determine what you want to achieve. It helps us to define where the gaps are and what solutions will help you achieve Real Resilience.

Organisational Resilience

Organisational Resilience is the ability of an organisation to anticipate, prepare for, respond and adapt to change, in order to survive and prosper.

Leadership Resilience

Leaders need to understand what Real Resilience is and how to build it effectively. This is the key to prosperity, productivity, and robustness.

In difficult times, leaders need emotional strength and courage to remain positive and look for new opportunities. Resilient leaders demonstrate the ability to see failures as minor setbacks, with the wisdom to bounce back quickly.

Team Resilience

Resilient teams work better, together. They are motivated, working in high-performing teams, which get better results.

Team resilience is the capacity of a group of people to respond to change in a flexible and innovative manner. In the face of adversity, resilient teams maintain their work productivity while minimizing the emotional toll on their members.

Personal Resilience

Personal resilience is the human capacity to meet adversity, setbacks, and trauma, and then recover from them in order to live a full life.

Resilient people have the ability to sustain their energy levels under pressure, cope with changes and adapt. They develop and learn from setbacks, emerging stronger and wiser than before.

Emotional resilience

Similarly, emotional resilience is used to describe the ability of a person to adapt to stressful situations or a crisis. Resilient people tend to be able to take things in their stride and adapt to adversity without any long-term impact to them. People that are less resilient have a more difficult time with stress and crisis, sometimes resulting in lasting difficulties.

Why Us?

During my first conversation with Alison, it was clear she was the ideal person to help us and our employees.

She was open and a good listener. She was able to draw from her own experiences and explain how she would be able to help.

After a few sessions, there was already a level of improvement that was apparent to all. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone looking to help with stress management within their workplace or for themselves.

Director – Blue Cube Corporate Travel Management

Alison really helped me hold myself together at a time when I was at my darkest.  She helped me to regain the strength I needed and explained why my body was behaving in the way that it was.  Working with her helped me to make some decisions that I am not sure I could have made previously, eternally grateful.

Managing Director

Alison’s well-being course is well-thought-out and delivered. Personable and welcoming, Alison made me feel safe to explore some of the difficult questions we have to ask ourselves sometimes to ensure we are taking care of our bodies and minds. I would absolutely refer any family, friend, or colleague to this workshop which, I felt was suitable for all levels
